Telephone and remote support
We offer one-off telephone and remote support, which means we can connect (securely, of course, and with your permission) to your PC or server in order to resolve any problems you may have. We can also use this service to install new software, check the status of your anti-virus or backup software, or just give your PCs a cleanup so they are a little more responsive.
Proactive support contracts
An on-going support contact offers you complete peace of mind. After an initial visit to discuss your needs - our focus is always on what you want from your IT - we make an initial assessment, and
then, for a monthly fee, you have unlimited access to telephone and remote support, with the option of adding scheduled onsite visits much more cheaply than by buying them individually.
Support contract customers also benefit from our buying advice and "key person re-assurance" consultancy advice, free of charge (subject to a minimum support contract for 3 PCs).
You can book a one-off visit from an engineer, perhaps to install new software or hardware, or to resolve problems which cannot be fixed remotely.
